(Dhamani Dam) Surya Dam
Dhamani Dam in Vikramgad taluka is an important water source in Palghar district. This dam is built on the Surya River and is used for agriculture and electricity generation during the summer. When this dam is filled to its full capacity, the Surya River floods, due to which villages along the river are alerted.
