  • To make various types of scholarships available at the central and state levels to every student at the grassroots level.
  • Appropriate action should be taken at the district level to ensure that no student is deprived of scholarships.
  • Proper implementation of scholarships so that students do not face any financial difficulties in pursuing further education.

The actual implementation of the schemes in the Education Department is done by the Head of Department in the Regional Office and the staff officers under their supervision.
