Grants and Benefits:-
1. An amount of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- is provided as subsidy for construction of new houses. The subsidy can be deposited in the bank account of the beneficiaries through PFMS system.
2. While sanctioning the house, first installment advance Rs. 90,000/-, second installment Rs. 90,000/-, third installment Rs. 20,000/-
3. Toilets also have to be constructed during the entire construction of the house.
